Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. If the customer cancels their booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged. If the customer fails to show up for the scheduled service, a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
